BGF Emerging Markets: Qual. Rating Issued
Team changes at BGF Emerging Markets aren't welcome, but nor do we think they're a complete deal-breaker.
"Former head of emerging markets and comanager Alain Bourrier left BlackRock in April 2009 and Will Landers simultaneously gave up his role as comanager of this fund to concentrate on his Superior-rated Latin American offering. That left Plamen Monovski to head the desk and run this fund with Dhiren Shah and Daniel Tubbs, but then Monovski also left in June 2009; Sam Vecht subsequently stepped in to join Shah and Tubbs at the helm.."
